Lets start with the basics...
 
We setup the agency in January 2009, with the aim of providing quality models to the gay adult media industry here in the UK and further afield in Europe. Since 2009 we have grown to be the largest agency here in the UK and now manage a portfolio of about 100 models, with varying degrees of experience but all 100% professional, reliable and hungry for work. We also have a wide client base, ranging from amateur photographers to worldwide DVD maker, including our own studio, KTB Productions. Our mission is simple - to find the best models in the UK and to provide them with well paid regular work.

Kisslads are part of the Monstah Media Group which includes our own production studio, KTB Productions. KTB are the UK's largest producers of gay porn, producing DVDs for some of Europes biggest DVD distributors and website based content for around 12 different US and European sites. This gives us a unique advantage over our competitors as we are able to offer models more work than any other UK porn company. As well as this we also have one of the best reputations in the industry, a friendly and professional crew and we pay great fees for the work our models do. We also offer a wide range of shoots and often shoot in some very interesting locations.
 
 
So what are we looking for...
 
We are looking for lads aged 18-30 who are interested in doing porn. Ideally you should be cute, fit body, reliable and have a good personality. Style wise you can emo, chav, skater, twinky, muscleboy or just yourself. We also require that all models have valid government issued photo ID, such as driving licence or passport.
 
 
So whats whats next...
 
The next step is to fill out our application form which can be found by clicking the "Apply" tab at the top of the page, make sure you attach some good photos of yourself, including where possible face, body and at least one naked photo. Once we receive this we will contact you and make a decision on your application. If accepted you will be invited to our studio here in Birmingham for a solo shoot (which is paid for) to see how you perform and to make sure you are comfortable and have made the right decision. It also gives you a chance to meet us and find out more about how we work. After that if everyones happy then then we can start casting you for future productions, working round what you are into, the lads you like and your own availabilty.
